Jolie chose a traditional hand-held bouquet that consisted of purple lisianthus, hot pink open garden roses, light pink hydrangeas, shampoo ginger, peach hypericum berries, mink protea, bright red open roses, coral open garden roses, seeded eucalyptus, green sedum, all wrapped in white raw silk. Her bridesmaids and junior bridesmaid wore navy dresses and carried small bouquets that consisted of light pink hydrangeas and green open roses wrapped in white.
The wedding took place at the First Baptist Church. For the ceremony, the altar was adorned with two grand arrangements of limbs dripping in purple dendrobium orchids with all the colors of the flowers in Jolie’s bouquet at the base. The rails to the church were flowing with greenery and organza ribbon. For her pew markers, Jolie chose Italian ruscus and eucalyptus in a circle with a touch of white roses and ribbon.
The reception took place at the Turner Center for the Arts in Valdosta, GA. As you entered the art center, it was adorned with pomander balls in all different colors hanging from curled grapevine with twinkling lights. Inside the art center, she chose large lighted orbs of grapevine and greenery to hang over the dance floor. Her guest tables had a mixture of all kinds of textures and greenery made into a garland, accented with candlelight.
